Unexpected generator disturbance at dawn

Clean room and great location. My partner and I enjoyed exploring the nearby cafes. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well despite the initial hiccup.

However, we were jolted awake early by a loud generator noise. The front desk staff didn’t seem to care when we reported it, which was disappointing.

I was impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and appreciated the accessible indoor pool, making it easy for seniors like me to enjoy a relaxing swim after a day of travel. The staff was always attentive and helpful.

More comfortable seating in the lobby area would help.

The gym equipment appeared outdated!!! Elevators felt slow during peak times, and the bathroom doors offered insufficient privacy!!!

Check the shuttle service schedule before arrival. it may save you from an unexpected taxi fare.

The stay was pleasant and the swimming pool was a highlight! The restaurant offered delicious food and staff were friendly and efficient. A slight downside was the room showed some signs of wear. Yet, the location was excellent, close to major routes and services. I appreciated the early check-in at 1 PM, which enhanced our experience.

We enjoyed a fantastic weekend here. The modern lobby impressed us from the start. Our room was spacious and bright, perfect for relaxation. Breakfast featured delicious crepes, a delightful start to our days. Pro tip, take advantage of the pool and hot tub for a refreshing experience after exploring the city!

I enjoyed my stay at Novotel in Dorval. The room felt spacious, clean, and comfortable Lovely friendly staff. A bit of a trek from the airport, but the overall experience was positive.

the stay at novotel was quite pleasant. the indoor pool was a highlight after a long day, and the complimentary wifi made it easy to stay connected. plus, it's nicely located close to the hwy 40 & henri-bourassa west junction, which I found super convenient for my travels.

Not bad for a layover stay

The staff were pretty friendly, like, they really took the time to make sure we were good, you know? Got a spacious room that was surprisingly quiet, perfect for easing our minds after that long flight.

But it wasn’t exactly cheap, let’s put it that way.
